Call for POSTERS is now open (Template here down)
The Poster Track of IC-AIRES2020 will provide an opportunity for presenting late-breaking results, on-going research projects, and speculative or innovative work in progress. Posters are intended to provide authors and participants with the ability to connect with each other and to engage in discussions about the work.
Your topic could be described on a printed poster or by photographs, graphics and pieces of text that you attach to the presentation panel.
English is official languages of IC-AIRES2020.
For printed posters, the standard poster size of DIN A0 841mm wide x 1289mm high is the minimum size. It is recommended that a printed poster be no larger than 900mm wide and 1900mm high.
Presenters of a poster will be expected to be present on 22 and 23 November 2020 in order to explain their poster and to hand out any leaflets, or other information materials, they have available for viewers of their poster. Each presenter can therefore only present one poster.
All Poster Proposals are subject to approval by IC-AIRES2020’s Program Committee.
Please use CMT framework to submit your Poster.
It is important that applicants describe in their abstract how they intend to present the project in the poster format – what kind of visual materials they will use, for example, photographs, data samples, graphs, etc…, and how these illustrate the project or a particular aspect of the work. The poster has to be an experience in itself for the one who looks at it – and should show awareness of the format of a poster-session and its purpose to engage the viewer in conversation.
The works presented in the poster format will be considered in the same way as the articles presented in oral, in the selection for a possible publication in an indexed journals.
The deadline is on June 30, 2020. After the deadline applications will no longer be accepted.
A jury representing the IC-AIRES2020 Program Committee will review all submissions and decide which Posters will be accepted.
The final acceptance will be valid only with the submission of the full text.
Participants with an accepted poster must register for the conference and present their work during the Poster Session. A space will be allocated for each participant. The organizers should be contacted well in advance of the conference in case of any special requirement.
